Divine Lights
Meditations from the Christian
and Hebrew Kabbalah

Kabbalah is a mystical and esoteric tradition rooted in Judaism that seeks to understand the hidden nature of the Divine, the cosmos, and the human soul
At its heart lies the belief that the universe is an unfolding of divine energy emanating from the infinite source, Ein Sof. This energy flows through the Tree of Life, a symbolic map composed of ten sefirot (spheres), which represent different aspects of the Divine and the stages of creation
Spiritual practice within Kabbalah is centered on aligning oneself with these divine energies to achieve inner transformation and unity with God. Core practices include deep contemplation of sacred texts, especially the Zohar, meditative prayer, and the use of Divine Names and Hebrew letters as vibrational tools
In these series of teachings we will often engage in kavanot - intentional visualizations and prayers - to direct consciousness toward spiritual realms. The study of gematria, the mystical interpretation of numbers and letters, will also be a key to unlocking hidden meanings in the old and new testament

This process is deeply experiential. It invites practitioners to purify their intentions, cultivate compassion, and live in harmony with divine order. Ultimately, it is a path of sacred knowledge and intimate connection with the divine mystery
This is a collection of teachings from Christian kabbalah presenting the messianic vison of redemption and from the teachings of Issac Luria, Abraham Abulafia and Joseph Gikatilla among others
