Free flow is a synthetic model of psychotherapy developed by Michalis Mourtzis MD (A.M.) and has been applied during the past 10 years with great results. It uses principles of different approaches from classical psychotherapy schools viewed in the context of a transpersonal model for evolution of the consciousness and freedom from neurotical patterns and traumas. Free flow trains therapists in a holistic way, offering them original methods and new tools developed by Michalis Mourtzis creating a very effective and direct way of integrative healing, for body, mind and soul

Therapists learn to use tools such as:
Interview Skills and Methodology
Active compassion and genuine connection
Analysis
Body psychotherapy technics
Dream interpretation
Body reading and armoring
Variations and different approaches of Gestalt Therapy
Variations and different approaches of family constellations
Variations and different approaches of Bioenergetics
Shadow work
Trauma Integration (T.I.)
Flow Release Massage (F.R.M.)
Past life therapy
Energy Flow Interpretation
Sexual therapy
Transpersonal technics
Participants work with the facilitator, offering and receiving sessions with members of the group. Here, all the different techniques are applied and discussed In front of the group

This unique training approach helps so the therapists build up personal confidence and receive insight regarding the methods used. At the same time they go through a process of personal therapy at a much deeper level understanding their limitations and working with them so they can be more effective in recognizing and dealing with the neurosis of others
Upon completion of the training participants are awarded the tittle of
‘Flow Therapist” and are certified by Amrita and Michalis Mourtzis MD (A.M.)
Once participants embark upon their personal journey of offering sessions they are required to keep regular supervision with the facilitator as needed for their personal growth and path, receiving support and problem solving

To participate in the training, at least one of the following is required:
-
Attendance of 70% of Free Flow seminars
-
Completion of the 3-year Free flow treatment program
-
Graduation as a mental health counselor or psychotherapist or Psychologist
-
Parallel study in any of the above
The training will take place in the form of 2-day seminars and will last for two years starting in January 2026
